Dr Natalie Purcell is a specialist anaesthetist who graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School with honours in 2008, and completed her anaesthetic training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Dr Purcell holds current appointments at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, The Mater Hospital, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, and Hunters Hill Private Hospital.
Her special interests include anaesthesia for orthopaedic and tumour surgery, reconstructive plastic surgery, and ultrasound-guided regional anaesthetic techniques. She is also involved in education and training, in particular simulation based clinical education.
Dr Purcell is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists and a member of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists. She prides herself on providing the highest level of anaesthesia to her patients and looks forward to caring for you in conjunction with Dr Moopanar.
